Japan program:
High school Attached to Northeast Normal University carries out the educational exchange very early, the program works mature at a stable speed. High school Attached to Northeast Normal University cooperates with the famous university in Japan, Waseda University. The graduates of our school have entered Waseda University to study since 2008. High school Attached to Northeast Normal University began to develop intercollegiate exchange with Saitama Prefecture HeGuang International High school in Japan in the winter of 2013. Our school visited Saitama Prefecture HeGuang International High school twice in 2013 and 2014, during which the students joined the travel activities. Meanwhile High school Attached to Northeast Normal University keeps in contacts with Japanese universities and high schools, such as Kyoto University, Nagoya University. We are making efforts to establish a more perfect and more diversified exchange pattern of Japan program in the future.
South Korea program:
High School Attached to Northeast Normal University has established the new international exchange situation actively since 2012, therefore our school fully carries out the educational exchange program with South Korea based on the atmosphere. Our school develops a deep cooperation relationship with Seoul Kaipu High School, Seoul National University，Korea University，Yonsei University，Ewha Womans University in about three years. Under the framework of exchange with the sister school，the students from two schools begin to communicate with each other and visit each other. The ways of exchange are diversified and the theme is gradually in-depth. Especially at the beginning of 2015, the two schools in China and South Korea regarding 70 anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War as the common background had a special history lesson under the guidance of the famous history teacher Daqian Song from the High School Attached to Northeast Normal University. The excellent lesson attracts media’s attention and has a quite great social impact. In the process of the cooperation with the famous universities in South Korea, our school has received the qualification of “principal recommendation system” of Korea University and Ewha Womans University, and our school has obtained the support of policy: full scholarship of Seoul National University and Yonsei University. Through the cooperation program, about thirty graduates of our school entered the South Korean famous universities to study further.
